Access

Vendors will be met at the door and given access by Ames National Laboratory personnel. If building key card access is required during the duration of your time on-site please contact Danielle Tiarks at sif@ameslab.gov to initiate that process.

Foreign Nationals

Those who are not U.S. citizens will need to complete the Foreign Visits and Assignment Request which will be request by the SIF Program Coordinator. As a foreign national, you will be asked for a copy of your visa, passport, I-94 number, and I-20 documents for verification from HR via email.

Parking

Parking passes are available at the SIF front desk for daily checkout.

If you need to ship items prior to your arrival, you must ship them to the Ames National Laboratory Warehouse:
